Laurel鈥檚 12-month Electrical Systems Technician diploma program will teach students the basic concepts of electrical theory and installation skills for various system types. Students of this program will develop skills in cable preparation, handling, installation, termination and testing. Our electrical systems program encompasses many facets of working with low-voltage control systems, learning the ins and outs of installation, troubleshooting and repair.
Like many large industries, there are many capacities to work within, and this core education prepares the graduate to apprentice in two of the most popular: entry-level electrician and entry-level systems technician.
